We have utilized Twitter in a number of different ways to help grow our business. These uses include connecting with potential customers, running Twitter-specific contests and networking with the wedding industry. Most importantly, Twitter has given us the ideal outlet to share links and content. Recently, the new "lists" feature has given us a way to organize followers so we can better connect with each one in the appropriate manner.
