What is Twitter User of the Week?

Once I have a person in mind, I will follow their Twitter stream closely for about a week. At the end of the week, I will do a write up about what I have learned about this person and what they are doing.
Hopefully, I will get to meet some new and interesting people on Twitter as well as share them with you.
